By means of the lake and the strength of your arms, the canoe will take you to the Lama Forest*, and then in about an hour's walk you will reach the true green heart of the National Park. In the middle of the forest, we will eat our packed lunch and indulge in a little chat and relaxation in one of the most relaxing and scenic areas here.
For the walking part: Distance km 5 a/r. Height difference approx. 200 m. Walking time approx. 1 hour, from landing to land.
Meeting point at 10.00 am at the Ridracoli Dam ticket office.
Return expected at approximately 4.30 p.m.
